Hi, My name is Tim, and I've been a self-taught HTML designer since I picked it up at MSOE in 2002. Since then, I have taken courses and have earned my Master Certified Internes Webmaster - Designer, Microsoft Certified Applications Developer, and Microsoft Certified Soultions Developer. I've also taken courses and PHP and MySQL.
